After your NDA expires. If someone were to show you proof of a second treasure. Would you make a you tube show about it?
They don't have an NDA and they don't believe there's a 2nd treasure. That's why they deleted their old website about TToTC. It's old news to them and probably a headache too. They're on to bigger, better things with people riding on Forrest's coat tails.
@shyorphan I’ve seen evidence that indicates they have a five year contract. I have also seen evidence that indicates other you tube channels also have an agreement with Forrest. That’s ok. More power to them. The one thing it does do, it will prevent them from seeing the treasure depicted in the poem. Or learning about its location.
Why would they need an NDA? To give Jack/the fake ending legitimacy?
The only person that I think would have an NDA w0uld be Jack. I don't think anyone else knew anything about anything. The funny thing is Forrest (allegedly) told Jack not to release the solve while at the same time publicly stating that it was up to the solver. Was he talking to a person unknown?
@shyorphan Jack said from the outset that he didn’t know the solve. He figured out where Forrest wanted to die. And performed a grid search. Did you ever notice that every single you tube channel stopped posting? Except Mike and Christi. He paid them off on the premise that it is for the safety and security of his family. Cowlazars will soon stop posting on you tube as well. Selling off all of their Chase books is part of their departure plan. So is shutting down Thor and opening this website. Sometime this summer. Probably around the end of August we will see.
I agree Jack's story is nonsensical bunk. I guess Dal fits into your theory too of Forrest paying off everyone for their silence. What happens when the 2nd treasure is found? He obviously didn't tell them the most important part lol. I guess we'll have to make a new website to deliver the news.
There is a line in the poem, when ciphered properly, tells the finder to keep quiet about the find. Also, there are too many people out there ready to pounce with a lawsuit for the finder to say anything.

@zosorocks I am in the camp that believes the Jack/ treasure find was a front. Whether or not there is a solver/finder I don’t know. There are just too many hints indicating a second treasure. I thought that years before Jack allegedly found the first chest. Just like everybody else I like to think I am a solver.

It's easy to venture into the camp of thinking "I'm the solver". Heck, early on I even thought Fenn put hidden codes in pictures, naming me as the finder, thus calling out fate as if it already happened. I soon got over that craziness and realized that if a person searched every inch of the Rocky Mountains, they'd eventually find the treasure. Yep, I've currently got it narrowed down to the last million miles, lol. 😆
