First Impressions
Did the screens in the background ever change?
Did the screens in the background ever change?
Justin's opening monolog?
Were the two screens ever shown more than once behind Justin's chair?
The clock?
The safe?
Indiana Jones?
Just a few jump off the screen first impression topics. Not in any order and definitely not a complete list. Just someplace to start.
Will probably compile a chronological list with time stamps of Justin's interview through out the Netflix series. Please share if someone else beats me to it.
At the end of E3 he says time is ticking. In E1 he sets the time on the clock, imagine if the clock face is a compass, as he's talking through out the documentary the clock shows different times. The safe In E1 the dial is turned to 50 in E3 the dial is turned to 36, 26, 1, and 11. 26 is interesting because it is shown twice in the documentary. 26 could be the distance from SF. to the location. 36 degrees could be the latitude. When he is talking about the death of his brother he shows photos of the area where his brother died. I'm pretty sure the last photo is of the exact spot where the new treasure is buried, not where his brother died.
I was wrong about the last photo of the place where his brother died, I didn't see the x on the rock. Anyway, since the poem wasn't included in the documentary, I would assume that all the information to find the treasure is in the documentary. Justin seems like a more complex person than Forrest. If there's an exact spot in the documentary, it's well hidden and in our face at the same time.
@jpsaxnc just another notice on the S&G safe, there is an offset dial marker to the left as well...another observation may not be anything, but to actually operate this lock, there is a very specific way to operate the lock mechanism. Look it up. Not sure if anything there but something to be aware of as things unfold.
@jpsaxnc the clues to the treasure are in his poem on the website. Netflix only has hints to help with the poem.
@jpsaxnc wisdom waits in shadowed sight for those who read the poem just right...the clues are all in the poem/ Netflix and the book are in addition to that because not everyone thinks like a poet
@cowlazars Thanks Cow, I saw 44 26 1 11 this time. Thanks all for the replies.
@skulbone Yes, the pics on the screens changed. Also there is a coffee mug to his left by one of the screens. In one segment he comes in carrying another coffee mug, and the other one is still there. Also in some segments there's an old iron padlock near the screen by the coffee mug.
